Good Design

So what do we mean by Good Design?

Good Design is created when:

  • Developers consider the area in which they are developing
  • the Neighbourhood is prepared for development, and happy to be consulted
  • Developers design with Neighbourhood Character in mind
  • the Neighbourhood is active and involved in commenting on the design

“A Good Design is one that you cannot imagine fitting anywhere else.”

We are hoping through this site we can highlight good designs in the area, so please email us at BE Network and tell us what is happening that is GOOD.

NEIGHBOURHOOD CHARACTER

Good Design respects Neighborhood Character and takes into account what is already present on the site, and enhances that, not just builds over that.
