Telstra Pole Decision #2

When time came to discuss the decision three Councillors declared themselves to have a conflict of interest. with two Councillors unavailable for the meeting, that left only four Councillors. Four of a possible nine does not  quorum make. So the decision has been deferred to the next council meeting – January 28th 2015 7pm – please come and have your say!
