Congratulations Easties

This is our official 300th post.

Wow what an achievement… here are a few stats:

  • Kicked off December 1st 2011 (click here to read our very first post)
  • 173 Subscribers (people who signed up to get the weekly enews)
  • 188 Facebook fans (UPDATE we just hit 201 fans, thanks for sharing)

Please do all you can to get people to sign up, share the posts (at the bottom of every post you’ll find links), tell your neighbours and talk to your friends and family. Its in everyone’s interest that we save Ballarat East from over development!

The City of Ballarat is considering giving people who visit for Heritage Weekend in May, a tour of the East. To celebrate we want you to comment below – If we had a Ballarat East Tour, what places should be listed?

    Eureka Stockade area, a stroll up Victoria St to look at the gardens & architecture, Montrose Cottage, and The Yard…talk about vintage, chic, upcycled. AND my husband just said the Old Nerrina Gold Diggings (metal detecting).
