Developers Promised…

Wonder what that promise is worth?

There has been a mediation set for the proposed subdivision of 213 Fussell Street. This block was previously PROMISED protected by subdivision, and the Council agreed.

There has been a mediation announced for 213 Fussell St, hope a few of you have made an objection and can get there to make sure our council officers and our Councillors know how we feel. This continues a pathway of concrete from the CBD to the forest, is the forest next? Seems like a small request to subdivide one block into two, but in this area it is completely disrespectful to Neighbourhood Character. Please help us save the area in transition from city to forest, it’s not too late to put in an objection, and it’s not too late to attend mediation and support the residents.
