The Council agendas are normally available on the city web page on the Monday preceding a Council meeting, and confirmed minutes will be available after the subsequent Council Meeting.  Different arrangements may apply to Special Council meetings.   If a member of the general public would like a copy of the Public Agenda or a specific report please contact the Governance Unit on 5320 5535 by 4.30pm on the afternoon of the Council meeting.
