I would be happier if some tree planting was organised for the 90% of properties in Eureka St that don’t have a street tree. I believe Eureka St residents pay rates just like people in Lydiard St do!

Awful surprise for the school holidays. My neighbours and I in the street are horrified now that the oak trees have been removed the view from the historical information sign on the corner of otway and eureka street will be a huge tower. We will object and encourage everyone who commutes eureka street or lives with the heritage restrictions/protections the heritage overlay provides to also object. It feels like there’s one rule for them and one for us.
