York Street Mediation

Morning, and what a lovely day here in the East… again…

All Objectors to the over-development at 307 York Street have received notification of a mediation.

Therefore it’s still not too late to get you objections in, you have up until the day of the mediation to get them in and to attend the mediation.

 

Here are the details of the mediation:

MEDIATION DATE: TUESDAY 26TH FEB 2013 at 5.30pm

VENUE: COMMITTEE ROOM 1 Town Hall Sturt St

RSVP: Our letter reads Feb 18th however they have not wanted so much notice before so I suggest you still get in Monday. You can talk to David Wilson by ringing 5320 5573 or emailing davidwilson@ballarat.vic.gov.au

DEVELOPER: TMG Group Pty Ltd

    I hope York St can stop this . Space is needed in our city not concert
