Zoning Response

We really need a map to understand this one!

And Ballarat East doesn’t even rate as an issue, remains named Canadian, or unnamed.

Is it just us or does no one in power give any kind of care for Ballarat East?

Minister Guys Reposnse

Standing Advisory Report Ballarat

UPDATE: We caught up with Cr Peter Innes yesterday who assured us, and confirmed with council planners, that the zone suggested by the council officers to be proteted under the Neighbourhood Residential Zone (NRZ) was in fact registered as such, not General Residential Zone. Great work Easties… means some protection at least for those blocks close to the forest , and those who worked so hard to protect the 809 Wilson Street proposed over-development.

    Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me. We have had terrible vibration
problems from this development near Rodier Street. The vibrations have
been bad enough to cause windows to vibrate and cups on desks to vibrate.

Have you had anyone else experiencing this? I know neighbours either
side of me in Wilson Street have had the same thing.

Also I sent an email to your email address infoATballarateastDOTnet and it bounced back?

    Thanks
    Christine
